What is my RV worth? A real number, from a lot that sells them.
Not a book value. The price travel trailers and 5th wheels like yours actually sold for in North Texas in the last few months, adjusted for what we can see in your photos. Free, over the phone, usually the same day, and you decide what to do with it.
What actually sets the number
Condition, before anything else
A clean unit with service records, no soft spots and good tires sits at the top of its band. Water damage moves it to the bottom of the band or out of it. Everything else on an RV is a repair; water is a slow rot that takes the whole unit.
Model year, but less than you think
A new trailer gives up 20 to 30 percent in the first year and roughly half by year five, then the curve flattens. Past that, a dry ten-year-old and a dry six-year-old are closer in price than the years suggest.
Floorplan
Bunkhouse and rear-living layouts bring more than the age alone says, because that is what buyers ask for by name. Odd layouts and very long units take longer to find their buyer, and the price follows.
What comparable units sold for
Book values are a starting point and usually not what it sells for. The real number is what similar units near you actually sold for in the last few months. We have that, because we sell them.

How much is my RV worth?
Book values are a starting point and usually not what it sells for. The real number is what comparable units near you actually sold for in the last few months. Condition sets the range more than the model year does: a clean unit with service records, no soft spots, and good tires sits at the top of its band. We are glad to pull the comps on yours and give you the honest number.
Do I have to bring it in to find out?
No. Call or text with the year, make, model and condition, or send a few photos, and we will give you a real market number over the phone. You decide what to do with it.
Why is your number different from the online calculators?
Online guides are averages built for lenders and insurers. They do not know your floorplan sells fast in Texas, that your roof was resealed last spring, or that three like yours sold on our lot this summer. We price against what actually sold, then adjust for what we can see.
Should I trade it, sell it myself, or consign it?
Trading is the fastest and pays the least. Selling it yourself pays the most and costs you the most time. Consignment sits in between, which is where most people land. A private sale means your phone number on the internet, strangers in your driveway, and handling the title and the money on your own. Consignment puts the unit in front of real buyer traffic while somebody else takes the calls, runs the showings, and does the paperwork.
How long will it take to sell?
Clean and priced right, a few weeks in season. Priced on hope, it can sit for a year. Two things move a unit: honest photos and a price that matches what similar ones actually sold for. Spring and early summer sell fastest, though winter buyers tend to be the serious ones.
