Why a consignment lot rewards the drive

Most of what is on our lot belongs to a real person who camped in it, and we know each unit’s story. Owners price them to sell, not to cover a dealership’s floor plan interest, and every unit is inspected before it lists. Most have a video walkthrough on the page so you can see it before you leave the house. That combination is hard to find close to home, whatever your home is.

How not to waste a trip

Call first. Always. We will tell you straight whether the unit is still available and what it is and is not, so you only make the drive when it is worth making. If you are sold, ask about holding it while you are on the road. When you get here it will be opened up, plugged in and ready to walk. We are open 7 days a week by appointment, 7am to 6pm, and walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, so tell us when you are coming.

Coming from out of state

Oklahoma buyers ask about this on every call, so here is the short version: you pay for the RV here, with no Texas sales tax on an RV taken out of state, and you pay your home state’s tax and registration when you title and register it there. Every buyer, in Texas or out of state, pays the $125 documentary fee. We issue the Out-of-State Buyer Plate through the Texas eTAG system at purchase, so you can tow the RV home. Every state is a little different, so tell us where you are registering it when you call and we will tell you exactly what to expect. The Texas rules for out-of-state buyers, with the state’s links. Bring your ID and the truck you are towing with. We will get you hitched, lights checked, and pointed home.
