Free RV storage. Here is the catch.
Your RV parks free on our secured lot on US-380 in Princeton while it is listed for sale with us. No monthly bill, no drop-off fee, no size limit. It is free because it is for sale. If that sounds like your situation, or close enough to talk about, call us.
Right now: free winterization on every RV consigned through November 30. The fall special.

How free storage works here
We are not a storage yard. We are a consignment lot. We sell travel trailers, 5th wheels and park models for their owners. When you consign your RV with us it has to sit somewhere while buyers come look at it, and that somewhere is our lot. Charging you rent on an RV we are trying to sell for you never made sense to us, so we do not.
So the deal is simple. You list your RV for sale with BuyAnyRV, it lives on our lot at 2745 FM1377, Princeton, TX 75407, buyers see it, and you pay nothing while any of that is happening. When it sells, our commission comes out of the sale at closing and the rest is yours. The plan is in writing before we list. If you have been paying a storage lot every month for a camper you are mostly done with, this is the door out of both problems at once.
What storage costs everywhere else
Call around McKinney, Frisco, Allen or Wylie and an uncovered RV space typically runs somewhere between $75 and $150 a month, when there is an opening. Covered is more, and a lot of places keep waitlists now. That is $1,000 or more a year to let a camper sit and lose value. If the honest truth is that you are mostly done using it, that money is going the wrong direction.
The HOA letter
This one comes up every week. Newer subdivisions across Collin County, from Frisco out through Anna and Melissa, almost all have deed restrictions that say an RV cannot live in your driveway, and Texas HOAs enforce them. When the letter shows up you have two moves: start paying a storage lot every month, or admit the camper mostly sits anyway and turn it into money instead. We can have it off your driveway and listed the same week. Here is the whole consignment process, step by step.
Not sure you are ready to sell?
Call anyway. Tell us what you have and what your situation is. Sometimes the answer is a consignment price high enough that you would be glad to see it go. It sits here at no cost while listed, and if it hits your number, you get paid. Sometimes the answer is something else. Ten minutes on the phone beats guessing.
Free storage questions
Is it actually free?
Yes, while your RV is listed for sale with us. There is no drop-off fee and no monthly bill. Our commission comes out of the sale price at closing, and only if it sells.
Is there a size limit?
No. Big fifth wheels and long travel trailers are normal on our lot.
How secure is the lot?
Fenced and gated in Princeton, TX, staffed Monday to Friday, with every unit inspected when it arrives. Showings happen with us present.
What if I just need storage and I am not sure about selling?
Call anyway. Sometimes the answer is a price high enough that you would be glad to see it go. It sits here at no cost while listed, and if it hits your number, you get paid.
Can I change my mind after it is listed?
Yes. The consignment agreement spells out how, in plain language, before we list. You are never locked in for years.
