Inventory, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to keep inventory, specifications, and pricing accurate, but information on the website is provided for general reference and may contain errors or change without notice. RVs are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed until a purchase is completed. All sales, consignments, rentals, and service work are subject to separate written agreements and applicable law.

Inquiries & Submissions

When you submit a form, request a buyer coach, consign or list an RV, or book a repair, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract to buy or sell; it is a request for us to follow up with you.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from BuyAnyRV at the number you provide. These messaging terms are part of these Terms of Service and supplement our Privacy Policy.

• Program description. Messages may include customer-care and conversational replies, responses to your inquiries, appointment and service reminders, status updates on a purchase, consignment, rental, or repair, and information about inventory you have requested.
• Consent. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website, by texting us first, or by giving us your number in person, by phone, or in writing and agreeing to receive texts. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
