These are retired rentals, and we’ll tell you what that means.
This whole fleet worked as rental units until it was retired, and we took in all 40. Rentals get used, so we don’t pretend otherwise. Some show more wear than others.
Each one goes through our shop before it’s sold, and we can only prep so many at a time. That’s why there’s a list: you put your name on one now, and we call you when it’s ready.

Yours goes through our shop. We keep you posted and call you when it is ready.

Pay the balance or finish your financing, sign, and hitch up. Your $500 goes toward the price.

Can I buy one today?+
Yes. 7 are prepped and on the lot right now. See them, then come take a look.
How long is the wait for one on the list?+
It depends on how many are ahead of you and whether you pick a specific unit. Taking the next one ready is usually quickest. We keep you posted and call you the day yours is ready.
Is the deposit refundable?+
No. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. It takes your unit off the market while we prep it, and it goes toward your price when you finish the deal.
Do I get to choose my unit, or do I just get the next one?+
Your call. Pick a specific unit on your tour, or take the next one that comes out of the shop.
Were these really rentals? What shape are they in?+
Yes, every one is a retired rental unit. Some show more wear than others, which is exactly why we want you to walk through them and pick the one you like.
Can I finance one?+
Yes. With approved credit, payments run about $166 a month. See financing and apply before you come in so it’s ready when you are.
Will you take my trade?+
We buy RVs every day. Bring yours to the tour and we’ll make you an offer, or get a number first.
